View Full Version : What if Ingram never escaped Lebron and Lebron held him down for entire career?

If Lebron "elevates" teammates, why does Ingram, Kuzma, or Bosh need to escape Lebron to be more than role players?

So why is the media lying by saying he makes teammates better?.. His skillset literally imposes spot-up roles that stall young players, thereby needing ready-made stars to win (team-hopping - his skillset prevents organic winning)

How many games did LeBron and Ingram play together?

In what way was Bosh a role player?

He might've continued shooting sub-70% from the FT line like a bumass role player

So basically Lebron has never played on a superteam because Bosh and Love were just role players?

Why did LeBron dominate Kobe head to head 3ball?

Ingram would be a taller more skilled player than kd if he never played with lebron.

Ingram never played with Lebron, how do you know he wouldnt be good with him? And kuzma had plenty of opportunity to show up with Lebron and AD injuries.

Lakers won a championship. Ingram was the price they had to pay for that and it was worth it. He'll make some allstar games may even reach All-NBA a few times but it was clearly worth it. Whatever success Ingram has is "good for him but championship." He is proving and has proven that he is a good scorer. That's nice but the Lakers are competing for rings.

You guys are jokes... making excuses for all the facts you don't like

why can't your guy have the facts on his side?.. don't you get tired of making excuses for him?

Lebron's skillset turns Ingram and others into spot-up shooters, so no one can develop alongside Lebron - this is the historical record, not opinion...

With the growth of Ingram and Kuzma stunted, Lebron needed a Tim Duncan-caliber player to turn the team from lottery to champion... (just like he needed a Kobe-caliber player in Miami)... It's ridiculous how much help he needs and confirms that he's a fraud that can't win with just 1 low-producing all-star like Jordan.

Jordan won with an Ingram-caliber player, while lebron's skillset destroyed ingram and can't win with strategy (ball movement), so he needed Tim Duncan (AD), just like he needed Kobe in Miami (wade).

Ingram's talent > Tatum

But Tatum has more experienced and more polished right now (he can get his shot quicker with less ambiguity of what move he'll do - he knows what he's doing)

However, Ingram will prove superior in time

Ingram is not superior at anything as proof he couldn’t even make the playoffs with basically Charles Barkley (zion) Tatum however has a points career high much higher than Ingram’s (60pts) even scores 50pts on the leagues top scorer (Durant) in the playoffs. Ingram doesn’t have the impact. He reminds me of Orlando Woolridge. Stats with no impact

Tatum is younger and has been in the league less than Ingram and has shown to be the more dangerous scorer and two way player

James is a four time champion. No one is going to care what happens with Ingrams career at James third jersey retirement.

Jordan won 6 rings by raising an Ingram-caliber player, while Lebron's skillset put a 1-year pause on Ingram's growth and couldn't make the playoffs with him.

All the facts say that Lebron is a fraud, and all you have is weak excuses and obvious deflections.

The idea that Pippen was Ingram caliber is one e at poused by...you. No one of any significance or intelligence says anything so stupid.

And my past had nothing to do with Jordan. You are seeing things that aren't there.

Ingram doesn't play with Jordan so he won't win 6 chips and get inflated to top 30 all-time

it's sad because Pippen was barely top 50 in 1996, and tons of guys have passed him since (Lebron, Kobe, Duncan, Giannis, Curry, Kawhi, etc), yet now Pippen is top 30!!!...

How could Pippen go from barely top 50 to top 30 after many guys passed him over the years?... The answer is simple and intuitive - the on-paper evaluations of new fans like yourself only see the 6 rings and therefore rate Pippen over Giannis or Dirk's 1 ring, despite Pippen never playing anywhere nearly as good as those guys

Zion is a rookie and drafted to a lottery team - almost no one makes the playoffs in their first few years in this circumstance, so Ingram can't be blamed for his teammates' inexperience.. And Lebron stunted Ingram's growth for a year, so that hurt Ingram too.

And Ingram can't remind you of Woolridge because they don't play anything alike.. Ingram plays like Tatum, but with better moves... So if Ingram gets into a good playoff situation like Tatum had in a weak East, you'll see him shine like Tatum.

Ingram plays like Tatum except with limited offense and defense compared to Tatum. You should actually watch cuz Tatum plays more like your boy Kobe than Ingraham does

Tatum is good but so is Ingram.. And Ingram was stunted by Lebron while Tatum wasn't

So Tatum is just in a better spot and further up the learning curve of having a good team than Ingram.

What's the excuse going to be when Kuzma is an all-star this year just like Ingram when he left Lebron?

Lebron destroyed Ingram, Kuzma, Hughes, Jamison, Bosh, Love, Hood, Crowder, IT, Rose, Clarkson, Wade and more - all these guys played far better away from Lebron

The only player-type that Lebron doesn't destroy are guys that out-produce him (AD) or elite shooters like Kyrie or Mo, although he eventually destroyed Mo.. It's a testament to Lebron's narrow skillset (no off-ball) that only 1 player type can play with him without getting reduced... Ultimately, there's so many ways to demonstrate that Lebron is nowhere near goat and his weak fits with teammates is just one of them.
