dude was awesome on boardwalk empire. Sad that this was seemingly self-inflicted c drugs.

OD'ed on heroin.


I know it was a personal choice for him to go down this path due to depression or whatever, but there was a case not too long ago where the Feds went after the person that sold the victim the drugs and charged him with murder. Can't remember. But this would be a common sense approach to going after these pushers.
