The one guy who seems to be much more valued over there is KG. They had him 11th in their latest ranking. While the backpicks guy, who I consider to be very knowledgeable, had him 8th.

Yea I am a huge fan of KG but 8th is pretty crazy IMO... and even 11th is a reach. I can't see anyone of our top 11 below KG.

I'd assume it's because the analytics rly favor KG, which makes sense considering there was no real "flaw" in his game and he did everything at an above average to all-time great level. (relative to position of course)

Hello Inside Hoopers. Its me Kobe Bryant God amongst mortals. Just passing by and thought i would remind you that your revisions of historical rankings are of no validity. You seem to create these votes on both of your GM of Real and Inside Hooper chat rooms. You are a small collection of people that seem to hate yours truly and that is ok. Its what made me great. But i must tell you that the true ranking of basketball greats has yours truly firmly in the top 10 and even to my surprise in the top 5. Even i had Magic, Mike, Larry, Russell and Chamberlain above me. But that is not for me to decide. Majority opinion rules and sadly for you and your fellow friends this is hardly a majority. I had more people mowing my yard and taking out my trash than you Hoopers have posting on here. I see all and hear all and your 20-30 votes are actually about 12 people. That being said i leave you with this. A reminder that the Mamba is still here whether you like it or not.

Should Russell be ranked above Wilt because of championships, or should Wilt's individual dominance take precedence? Who warrants the higher ranking, Shaq or Duncan? Magic or Bird? Do we go with Kobe's overall career or Hakeem's peak? Those are the conversations, but the names are the same. You aren't going to see left field shit like someone ranking Barkley in the top ten.
