because they had months off to rest and didn't have to travel. Lebron has been hurt for 3 years and Davis his whole career. Unlikely they win the ring without those circumstances

Everyone had the exact same months off to rest, nevermind the fact that the Lakers were easily the best team in the league when they beat the Clippers and the Bucks right before corona struck. Also, LeBron and Davis had been healthy and playing when the league was put on ice, so I don't know what the hell you're talking about. Historically, LeBron had always been better in the second half of the season and the corona break interrupted that. The Lakers had to gain their rhythm back. Their game 1 vs the Blazers in the bubble had been the worst game they played all season.

Everyone didn't have to travel in the bubble, hence everyone was equal. If there was no corona, you might've seen a Lakers-Clippers conference finals where there would be 0 travel fatigue for those teams in the west, whereas in the east you might've seen a Heat-Celtics or Heat-Bucks finals in the east with a ton of travel. I can just see all the "asterisk" moaning had this taken place, and bitching about how the Lakers had an unfair advantage over the eastern champion because they didn't have to travel in the conference finals.
