Not for me personally, but for my business. I just created an IG page for my business a few months ago, and I only have like 60 followers. And most of those followers are people that I followed, but I don't want to follow random strangers on the internet. So how can I get more people to visit my business page? I take pictures of my products and I post them on IG. Every one of you young jits is on the interwebs nowadays just glued to your phones, so you must know.
Appreciate any feedback.

first figure out if IG is even worth putting effort into your marketing approach. for example, my business doesn't benefit a whole lot from it, if i did residential projects, sure, it would be great.
do you have a my google business listing? that's huge. for my industry, it brings a lot of residential clients...BUT, maybe once or twice a month i get a nice commercial lead that makes it worth it. i also paid for SEO so i am ranked well, but the my google business listing is huge. post some pictures on it and ask your most prized clients to leave reviews. FYI, having a bad review or 2 isn't the worst thing in the world. a lot of people find it fishy when a business has 5 stars, having a >5 star rating has been proven to attract alot of clients. gives you legitimacy. just respond politely to the negative reviews.
if you just want to appear to be big and popular on all social media platforms, you can purchase followers on fiverr.

Yeah I have a Google listing with some reviews. Problem is getting these people to leave you a review. I always tell them, and it's even listed on the receipt, but they don't do it.
I do a lot of hash-tagging, but that's just people liking my post. I need them to hit that Follow button. And advertising with Facebook and IG is a waste of money. I may start doing promotions with customers who follow me on IG as soon as they walk into the store. Extra 10% if you follow us right now.

yeah, i've wasted a whole lot of money advertising with facebook, it's usually tire kickers/cheap asses. the reason is facebook has a passive audience, aka, you look at facebook to shitpost or **** around. google is a much better audience because you're not going on google to shitpost, you're usually searching for something you are ready to pounce on. i feel you on the requests for reviews...even with clients that rave about our work, they may even promise to leave a review and never do it. you gotta do a bit of selling on your end, maybe even be honest with the client tell them it would help you out if they could spend 5 minutes. i text my clients a direct link to the review page so they don't even have to bother looking for it.
you're gonna have to get creative with your content. i am not sure what your business is, but get creative with the content you put on social media...something that will engage your audience so they are compelled to follow. a giveaway maybe? idk, put yourself in their shoes, why the hell do i gotta follow you? you said you have a store right? is there a very exclusive product you can get ur hands on that other stores may not stock or have access to? cuz there are people that will follow you and you may gain a particular reputation for shit like that...

It's way too risky posting your personal shit on here, any number of trolls could make you look bad.

UGC marketing is very powerful, have you looked into that or are you already using it?

Post some content to fill up your story line, but foremost get influencers to pose with the jewelry and link back to you.

I have paid someone to do that through Instagram, but not much has trickled in from that. I like it cause every time I post a picture, they in turn post the same picture on their page.

I've heard he owns a slaughterhouse.

To make your account known is such an easy thing to do nowadays. To gain many followers, you should be very active on that platform and engage with your audience. Try promoting your page through others. This helps very much because you can reach a very different type of public. And if you want a more straightforward solution, you should make a subscription to this platform, megafamous.com (https://megafamous.com). They helped me gain many followers and not fake, inactive ones, but are very active ones. They are very discreet and helpful, for sure a valid "booster".

I totally understand your situation with wanting more Instagram followers for your business without having to follow random people. The good news is, there are a few things you can try. First, make sure your profile is complete with a cool bio and a clear brand message. Then, engage with your current followers by responding to their comments and messages.

Go to the pages that are similar to your niche and check out their followers & people who like their posts. Follow a bunch of those people and then wait a day or two to get some of them to follow you back. Then unfollow the ones that didn't follow you. There's an app for this
Rinse and repeat

Use relevant hashtags in your posts to reach more people. Collaborate with influencers or other businesses in your niche to promote each other. Lastly, consider running Instagram ads or hosting giveaways to attract new followers. Reaching out to SMM World (https://www.smm-world.com/) could be beneficial too. I hope these social media tips help you out.
very interesting, can you explain in further detail?

Patrick - lets face it , any product can sell, but its how it is presented that makes gold mines look like heaven and a hole in the ground
not worth a penny to look inside.
If you are the face of the jewelry store , you have to dress to the nines , and show the merchandise.
Ever watch Pawn Brokers ... Seth the son struts around like a peacock , but it is LES GOLD that made the business as well as past , present and probably the future face of the Detroit Jewelry and Pawn store.
You are the face ? put it out there.
** If you don't want to go that route : use SEX. Find an awesome model , strip her down to a bikini and every week have her show off a piece of merchandise ... they will come running

Building up followers can take time, but don't worry, we've got some tips for you. First off, make sure your posts are high-quality and visually appealing to catch people's attention. Engage with your current followers by responding to comments and asking for their input. Use relevant hashtags to reach a wider audience, and consider collaborating with other businesses or influencers in your niche to cross-promote each other. Keep hustlin' and stay consistent with your content, and before you know it, your follower count will be skyrocketing!
