The Wizards are going to be better than last year. Last year the team had to take 2 weeks off due to covid (with no practices), then play an extra cramped schedule to make it up. We had Russ playing hurt the first few weeks and playing absolutely damagingly bad basketball. I'd bet they're about .500 this year.

I don't think the Magic are in a bad situation going forward. Not attached to any horrible contracts long-term. I think Suggs will be a good starter level player very quickly, with a lot of upside. I think Cole Anthony might have a breakout. They won't win many games this year though.

I just took them to a ring year-1 in the 2k22 with a build I rolled based on Paul Pierce (Somehow the Pelicans made it to the finals lol). They (like every team) really need a wing who can play D AND create a shot for themselves.

Are there any seasons that Bobcats/Hornets are not struggling? Even at their best, they didn't go far in the Playoffs.
