If you argued against the Patriot Act, then there's no way in hell you can support something like this.

That is unnecessary tbh. IRS doesn't need that. I believe at present, only transactions over $10,000 have to be reported. It does not make sense to report every single transaction though. I can understand perhaps lowering that 10k by a few grand, but why every transaction?
