Lebron 2007 Eastern Playoffs (https://www.basketball-reference.com/players/j/jamesle01/gamelog/2007#14-29-sum:pgl_basic_playoffs)........ 25.8 on 43.4%

Jordan's worst series (https://www.basketball-reference.com/playoffs/1997-nba-eastern-conference-semifinals-hawks-vs-bulls.html)................... 26.6 on 45.4%

Jordan's worst playoff run (https://www.basketball-reference.com/playoffs/1985-nba-eastern-conference-first-round-bulls-vs-bucks.html)............ 29.3 on 43.6%

Lebron averaged 25.1 on 41.6% in the 2007 Playoffs.

Ultimately, the 00's East is the only conference in history that was won by numerous 1-star teams (Iverson, Kidd, Dwight, Lebron), yet that's the conference that Lebron formed super-teams in (the definition of manufacturing a resume)...

How can he get props for winning the East with super-teams when Dwight was winning it without one?

I remember when he beat the Warriors playing better than Kobe ever played.

The only way Kobe's ring quality could be as low as Lebron's is if MVP Lebron actually made the 2009 Finals and then Pau destroyed him like Kyrie did Curry

carry on

That's extremely debatable. My vote would be either Giannis is "absolute trash" or Oubre > Klay

Imagine a conference being so weak that you can "carry" your team to the Finals with just 25.8 on 43%....... that's worse than MJ ever played, yet you guys think Lebron did something that year - you should've known it was an overrated achievement since Iverson, Kidd and Dwight won the conference as 1-star teams too.. I think Iverson needed 32.3 on 39% or something like that... Any trash westbrook-like stats were good enough to take the East at that time.

You don't even bother to go beyond the scope of anything that happened in those playoffs. You go just off of his scoring, and what his FG% was and that's it. At least with other threads you attempted to bring other stats into the equation. You don't even bring up assists, rebounds, defensive stats, anything. You just say "see? look at their scoring stats, he clearly played worse". How stupid and lazy do you have to be to put something up like this and expect anyone to take it seriously?

At least TRY. Give some actual effort into it. We all know you didn't watch the games. So at least make it sound like you possess the ability to use stats with context in mind.

Lebron 2007 Playoffs...... 25/8/8 on 42%

Jordan 91-93' Playoffs.... 34/7/7 on 50%

Jordan Career Playoffs.... 34/6/6 on 49%

Jordan was also top 5 DPOY every year and 1-2 less turnovers per game than bron

Its crazy how MJ never had bad series in the playoffs. 27/5/5 on 47% is his lowest low. LeBron would kill him in a challenge of limbo.

And for the record, prime Jason Kidd came to a 20 win team and immediately took them to back to back Eastern Conference champions.

This proves that Jordan carried bums in the playoffs (30-win teams), while Lebron never carried bums because he only made the playoffs with high seeds (good casts relative to conference) - he had 3 years to develop his team into a high seed before entering the 2006 Playoffs.

By the time Lebron finally made the playoffs and 2nd Round in 2006, his cast included the reigning East all-star center, a 22/5/5 all-defender and the future COY, while Jordan made the playoffs and 2nd Round with literally nothing.

The east was so damn easy in 2016, he played Paul Milsap and Kyle Lowry.

Are you shitting me? Kawhi had to face f'n Embiid and Giannis hahahahaha

Miami Lebron had it a little tougher and went to a game 7 in the ECF at least. Lets compare miami lebron finals wins GmSc to Kawhi raptors finals GmSC

Kawhi in 2019 finals: 23.9 GmSc
Lebron in 2012 finals: 23.6
Lebron in 2013 finals: 22.5

GmSc represents production. That's Lebron's main attribute. He's supposed to be this stat padding Westbrook type guy. Yet, Miami Lebron was still inferior at that to Raptors Kawhi.

I want to make sure I get this correct.
(And first off, your FG% is off but what's new you always shave off 1.5 to 2% of LeBron. Shows how great he really is if you have to downgrade and lie about his stats. Thanks for the compliment).

But anyway, I want to make sure I get this correct.

In LeBron's worst playoff run ever he still achieved 26/8/8 while making a Finals appearance at the age of 22 while MJ was too busy getting plowed in his bumhole in the first round at the age of 22?

Stats at 22-23 years old against championship team and #1 defense:

Jordan vs 86' Celts..... 44/6/6 on 50%
Lebron vs 07' Spurs'... 22/6/6 on 35%

Furthermore - Lebron's averages in the 2007 playoffs (25/8/8 on 41%) is horrible - on what planet is that good - those stats demonstrate why other stars like Iverson, Kidd and Dwight won the East with 1-star teams too - any bum with bummy stats was winning the conference at that time

And btw, Lebron's 2008 playoff run was worse than 07' because he saved his worst-ever efficiency for a 1st option (35%) for the 2nd Round instead of the Finals this time.

So while Lebron had a top seed and averaged trash stats to win a 1-star team conference, MJ was averaging 44 ppg with an 8 seed in a conference that required a super-team to win it.

He was 26/8/8 on 43% :oldlol:

WAIT

Aren't those numbers better than 96 MJ in the Finals

Wasn't MJ 26/5/4 on 41%

Congratulations, you played yourself (again)

Lebron averaged 25.1... 8...8 on 41.6% for the 2007 Playoffs

aka TRASH

he won the conference by playing worse than MJ ever did because the conference was worst-ever and every 1-star team and their mamma was winning the conference (Iverson, Kidd, Dwight)

.CLIFFS:

22 year old LeBron averaged the same as what peak MJ averaged against a 6'2 defender and Shawn Kemp but with more rebounds/assists and better FG%
