Shaquille O'Neal had arguably his greatest NBA games on his 28th birthday, March 5th 2000.

Shaq was planning on sitting the game out for his 28th birthday. Shaq spent the entire pre-game planning his party and wasn't ready for the game that night. But when Shaq saw his idol Kareem Abdul Jabbar courtside helping his opponent, everything changed from that point.

Do you think this was SHAQ's best NBA game ?

I've always thought Shaq's numerous injuries were due to carrying Kobe on his back so much. Any comment?

I agree in some way. But if you are looking at purely points and stats, then this would be his best game ever

shaqs only dominant in zero pressure situations. that's why I had to carry him in the west and close out games so he could hijack finals mvp every time against bums


in the 2000 wcf game 7 Phil told us all to forget about shaq ... I proceeded to lead us in all 4 major categories
