Any help would be appreciated. Turns on, I see the green Xbox One screen, it then says "Welcome my name" and the screen goes Black. I see nothing.


What could it be?

I dunno, but whenever I've had issues I unplug the power cord then re-plug after a moment and its fine.

I have the Halo 5 version of the console, where do I do that? I'm actually taking it to a place this afternoon after I get out of work to take a look at it.

Skip to 1:47, you can hard reset it with a CPU and 4GB flashdrive through the USB port.
