Pretty shocking. I felt the 2 leaked emails were over and done with yesterday. It's possible there were more worse emails that were not released publicly that forced him to resign.

So I guess he will be keeping the ownership stakes in the Raiders? Not sure if the contract money is guaranteed tbh

Other emails came out where he is trashing gay NFL players, insulting women referees for being hired, sending photos of nude women (including NFL cheerleaders) to Redskins executive on the official team email account, called Goodell a 'fa*got', etc. lol

The NFL, where beating up women is apparently given more lenience than talking about how hot they are in private correspondence 10 years ago
also michael sam was a media manufactured story and he didn't last, while nassib is a real difference maker on the field and belongs in the league

There was probably some backroom deal where the Raiders offered to pay Gruden a portion of what was remaining on his contract if he would go away quietly. But you're right, they got out of most of that stupid contract they offered him.

It's a shame we couldn't see what Gruden could do with this own guy at QB. Carr might end up having a long starting career like Romo. Playing just good enough to fend off looking for a replacement.

I'm an eagle fan and Romo was way better than Carr.

I dont disagree, but the fact that you're an Eagles fan does not help your case here... after all if Romo was worse than Carr, what would that say about the Eagles performance against him?

Gruden suing the nfl and Roger Goodell :applause:

Get us the full trove of emails! Unfortunately, I expect settlement incoming

I would agree, but I was saying Carr would hold the starting job as long as Romo did. Which could happen.
