School calls man to come pick up his daughter because she was assaulted

After talking to his daughter he complains to school that the student was a transgender male who raped her in girl's restroom

School does nothing. Incident is reported as a simple assault, without noting the sexual nature of it.

A month later at school board meeting about transgenders using bathroom's of the "opposite sex". School board proudly claims there's never been a reported incident with a transgender sexually assaulting another person in their restrooms and any concern over that is just paranoia. This after the school had been in contact with the transgender's lawyer, "boy" confessed and had been transferred to another school.

The father loses it, claiming he had reported the rape in the restroom by a transgender weeks ago. School board calls cops and has him arrested. He was charged for resisting arrest and injured by cops, resulting in him going to hospital.

Transgender remained free but ends up sexually assaulting another girl at another school on October 7th.

It's unclear if father will sue school for trying to cover up truth.

I said 3-5 years but even if you want to be conservative I think 10 years would be the absolute max because by then a lot of the transitioned children will have grown up. It's going to be quite the shit show.
