Imagine having Butler, Towns, Lavine and Rose. Jimmy would have never requested a trade.

One of the biggest mistakes by a franchise in recent times.

Lavine might have been crying along with the others because Butler was such a meanie

Not a well thought out hypothetical since LaVine was traded with an injury.

It's more likely the Wolves miss the playoffs in year 1 and Butler is just as frustrated staring down the barrel of more years with Towns as the 2nd best option of a non-playoff team and a huge question mark in LaVine who he's never had a chance to play or practice with, leading to him asking out anyway.

The Celtics are waiving forward Jabari Parker, (https://www.bostonglobe.com/2021/10/17/sports/celtics-waive-forward-jabari-parker/) according to a league source. Parker’s $2.3 million salary was set to guarantee at the start of the regular season.

Good point. Then again Lavine bounced back relatively quickly from the ACL, Wolves could have bought themselves some time with Jimmy telling him to be patient for Lavine's comeback.

Towns and Wiggins did. Lavine has done nothing but lose like them. What's the difference besides he's losing in the crappy conference?

My god, this guy is just dead intent on embarassing himself.

Yes, youre right. There is absolutely no difference between Lavine and Wiggins.

Keep going champ. Please come back with more platitudinous drivel about 'winning' and 'making teammates better'. :oldlol:

When has Jimmy Butler ever been patient with losing?

The GM who had no relationship with Butler anyway is sitting him down saying "just hold on, the cavalry is coming!" (referring to 4th yr player LaVine with no playoff experience).

Butler being 0-1 in the finals puts a stain in his career.

Lol, The Wolves with Jimmy were a 3rd seed in the East until he was injured late in the season. If you think just subtracting Wiggins makes that a team that wont make the play offs well then you are just clueless.
