I sold my car in January but my father said it cost him $70 to fill up the tank yesterday!! He was livid and rightfully so.

Some people would rather have gas at $9, and even looting, mayhem and destruction. Rather than mean tweets towards asshole politicians.

The irony is that Trump never sent out "mean" tweets; he was just honest, which was too harsh for those with snowflake sensibilities.

Do you really dispute Trump isn't a snowflake? He literally cannot handle even the slightest criticism without lashing out :lol

How do we know that when he never faced „slight criticism“?

I‘d like to see anyone handle the entire media + puppet placed reporters provoking with every question better than he did.

Laughing at people needing gas and driving a Tesla.

Ask Trump to shut down the country again and then gas prices will plummet again.

Inflation is expected to ease down next year as the interest rates are raised again. They have been essentially 0 or in the ballpark since last year. Inflation has raised the cost of everything and not just in America but most of the world.. We are not immune from that just because we are the USA..

I hate everything being more expensive too but have some patience. Hopefully, we are back to normal next summer

Yes everything will be good, just have to wait another year.. Oh your cost of living went up by 10% and your salary didn't? Don't worry, the inflation is healthy for society and people aren't making more money in the rest of the world either, so just stfu.

Meanwhile..

blade is an idiot. And in the meantime, corporations along with the government are buying houses at record levels, leaving the Middle Class in the dust, forcing you to become a renter and never owning anything.

isn't that somethin'? to add to those numbers, the top ten percent hold seventy percent of the nation's wealth.

...and nothing against people in those high paying professions, but that's some crazy shit.

Think of Trump as a zit on the face of America. At first its painful and embarrassing but now it is fading away.

The entire country is fading away with the Alzheimer's patient and the hoe running the country. I mean Psaki actually just said we should lower our expectations. I guess you approve of the new Biden slogan? lol

Wow such cluelessness. Trump basically had us to the point of being energy independent. It was set up to get even better once the Keystone pipeline started producing. The first thing the Alzheimer's patient did was kill the Keystone pipeline. Yes we are back in the grip of OPEC and the blame rest squarely on dementia Joe.

Trump is asking $45 a piece from his sheep to prove election fraud.
As long as the cult keeps giving him money, he'll keep telling them the election was stolen.

Keystone pipeline would have made us rely on Canada. In fact, there would be no "us" but rather fill the pockets of corporations controlling it. These corporations would sell that oil to other countries to help their bottom line.

The best solution to energy independence is solar, wind, and maintaining our nuclear reactors. Solar is actually cheaper than coal and oil, and continues to get cheaper every year.

You are clueless of the facts behind this. I actually spent a couple of years studying the science, economics, and data behind clean energy. Back then in 2012-2014, solar was still more expensive to generate energy than coal/natural gas/oil. Solar is now as cheap or cheaper than coal/natural gas. Coal is game over. Natural gas still has an advantage since the infrastructure is already there, but again not for long. Every single year, the cost of solar drops. Solar has already caught up to natural gas. It's going to keep dropping further. Same with wind power.

Back to oil.. I realize we don't use much oil for electricity generation, but rather for our vehicles. Vehicles being electric is within reach as all of these car companies have entered EV after seeing Tesla's valuation through the roof. Tesla is currently working on 25k electric vehicle for release in the next few years. We are right around the corner, which means we don't need that dirty oil from Canada. We will have true energy independence as our oil needs plummet. Biden is pushing legislation to expand wind power across the shorelines of this entire country.

By the way, Keystone pipeline was not expected to go online until the summer of 2024 minimum. We are right on the timeline even without Keystone pipeline.

It's not really surprising though, considering the fact that these rich people are allowed to pay money to the people who make the rules in which their businesses operate.

Nothing against people in high positions in general, but a lot of people through the years have been tricked one way or another by the super rich.
