I think the PJ Tucker departure will prove to be a big deal in the postseason, even though the Bucks should still do really well during the regular season.

Even with all of the Kyrie nonsense, after getting Aldridge back? I think the Nets probably win the title this year.

James Harden & Kevin Durant are probably the best duo in the NBA and the Nets have more than enough depth to get it done and go all the way. But will they?

Again, Charles Barkley is back on TV. Best part of tonight imo, lol.

Given how poor he is laterally on defense and as a rim protector I wouldn't say that. Nets have plenty of offense... they need defense. The bucks are going to target him.

All the idiots saying Aldridge is washed and sucks at x and y are about to eat a large pile of ****.

Grayson will be REALLY good for the Bucks too. That's an underrated pickup. He's a better scoring, less capable but equally tenacious defender as Donte.

Harden mad about something usually results in 3-17 shooting and 13 points.

In addition to the offseason improvements, the Bucks should be better off psychologically than they were last year.

For starters, they hopefully won't have the same case of shooter's block (which the wide-open stats proved) now that they've won it all. They should also be more motivated than your typical defending champions if they're listening to the asterisk talk (which the hot-take camp will double down on if we lose tonight against a healthy Harden).

Not at all expecting to repeat unless the stars align for us again this year. But we're in a much more viable position to capitalize on such breaks if they do happen, and we should at least defend our title respectably if they don't.

Durant should of signed with clippers instead of nets. Now he's stuck with choker harden and head case Irving.

I don't think kawhi gets injured if he has Durant helping him out because he wouldn't have to carry against teams like Mavs. Durant would be a 3x champion right now. This nets run is a bust, they have no chance against bucks ever if Irving doesn't return.

Kawhi can actually guard Giannis as well, unlike Durant

Tunnel-visioned possession by Nwora there. Giannis was wide-open for a cutting layup, yet Nwora didn't even try surveying the court.

Otherwise, encouraging first half. :applause: No signs of championship hangover so far.

Holiday is out for the second half, though. Not at all comfortable with Hill picking up more minutes in his stead if the first half is any predictor. I'll give him more time, but I'm not that bullish about him as a rotational player on a title-contender at this stage and age.

The Nets look very out of sync. My biggest question is why the hell is Bruce Brown not playing?? What an idiotic move by Steve Nash. My other point is how awful Claxton looks. He is hurting the Nets on both ends of the floor right now. There was nothing good I can say the Nets did tonight. The only bright spot was Patty Mills but nobody expects him to go 5/5 on a consistent basis so it doesn't matter. At this point I just want Kyrie back.

Terrible team defense by both teams. Pathetic how teams don't anticipate a Durant drive from the 3 point line area and just clear the lane for him. George Hill should be taken out of the game everytime he fell asleep on help-D. On the other hand, the Nets are allowing Bucks to exploit mismatches off switches.

That's why it was a joke people getting hyped over LMA on the 1st page. They need defense and toughness not another old washed up shooting big man.

Not sure why Bud reinserted Giannis and Khris when they were visibly running on fumes. The game was already wrapped up.

Anyway, great game. :applause:

Nwora should develop into a solid sixth man, which we often sorely missed last postseason. I don't like how he monopolized shots while multiple of our stars were playing, but you can't be discouraged by his hustle and mentality.

We could definitely use a back-up Point Guard, though, especially if Jrue must miss extensive time. Hopefully we can package DDV for one, especially now that the writing is on the wall that he'll be out of Milwaukee.

Strong debut by Giannis for his third MVP. :pimp:
