Who do you say are the best two teams in the East and the two best teams in the West entering the 2021-22 NBA season?

With full health, season championship potential in mind.

East is very easy to say: Nets & Bucks

West: CLippers, Warriors, Nuggets, Suns, Jazz, and Lakers too difficult to choose two. If Klay & Kawhi are healthy has to be Clippers & Warriors.
