Kings... what was the reason they passed on Luka for Bagley? Did Luka and his agent tell them they will absolutely not play for them if they drafted him? This is indeed Sam Bowie. Luka ain't gonna be Jordan but he will be a tier or 2 below. Bagley... can't defend and he's on his way to Okaforin'/Jabari'in out the league.

David Samson(former baseball executive) and Amin(former Suns executive) on the dan labatard show explained what is actually going on. There is a minute cap that if he stays under….reduces his qualifying offer from like 14 million to 7 to maintain his rfa rights. So if they cut his minutes and then let him play to improve the second half and decide they still want him it will save them a lot of money. It’s apparently why a lot of maybe maybe not guys have minutes cut at this point. Straight up business decision.

Hes a awful defender sure but his numbers arent bad, 15 and 7 boards is alot better than some pfs in the league.
Very interesting to hear its actually about saving money. That would explain still not trading him yet and everything.
