But Drummond in 19 minutes had 17 boards....

He is a really, really good rebounder, but in the pace and space game, I’m not sure his skill set has as much value in the league as it would have 30 years ago. Had a good game, I was there, and it helped that he was playing the Pelicans, who missed a lot of shots in the mid range and around the basket when he was on the court.

Any more, guys like him are hurt a little by the number of 3s that are taken because the misses often go long. Pelicans missed a bunch of easy ones tonight though.

yeah I wonder how many he'd gat if he played wit Bron. I mean the number might be impressive but it wouldn't be hard to defend as not being great

Embiid is a superstar who can't play huge minutes but can fill it up in 30 minutes. Drummond is still young knows his role and can rebound and do more in reg season than dwight. Perfect guy to spell embiid.
