Career wise Walton isn't top 75, peak wise he definitely is. It would be like Wade if he retired in 2009.

He won the MVP, is 9x All-NBA, 2x scoring champ, 3x assists leader and has the triple-double records so of course he's deserving to be top 75.. He might even be top 40-50 if he can play at a star level for a few more years.
