LeBron has 1, Curry has 1, and Jordan has zero. Curry also won the most regular season games in NBA history despite not having a top 75 GOAT teammate.

if it wasn't for an offensive rebound we win that series

i dropped 50 in game 6 and we still lost so the media trashed me for shooting too much. so in game 7 i scored 24 on 50% shooting and passed every time they doubled me and we lost even worse

so theres nothing more i coulda done. we just didn't have a good team and they were the 2nd seed

and as for the warriors i think we can blame that on the cavs/adam silver colluding to suspend draymond

MJ won 6 Finals with a defensive role player producing very little, including 2 Finals at 15.7 ppg with worst-ever efficiency (unprecedented carry-jobs)

and an entire 3-peat Playoffs at 17.6 on 41% (96-98' Playoffs)

or 6 Finals at 19.0 on 42%

Comparing Iggy & Pippen as 1st options in Playoffs against East champs (Dwight/Ewing)

Iguodala 2009 Playoffs vs Dwight.... 21.5... 6.3... 6.7... 44.9%... lost in 6 (no kukoc miracle)

Pippen 1994 Playoffs vs Ewing......... 21.7... 7.7... 4.7... 40.5%... lost in 7 (kukoc miracle)

Pippen was an Iggy-level player that was simply lucky to play alongside the GOAT in a 2-star vs 2-star format (90's) - anyone wins alongisde the goat in that format.

Who also led his team to 55 wins and took the ecf champions to 7 games in 1994 without his first option.

No one has ever gotten credit for those things, aka 55 wins or 2nd Round loss to non-champs - that's Blake Griffin or Kyle Lowry level stuff, or when Iggy won 57 in 2013 - so it doesn't belong alongside Giannis or Dirk's towering performance en route to historic title, which is what the top 75 is supposed to be and infact is..... except for Pippen of course, where an exception is made and 55 wins with 2nd Round loss is allowed into top 75.. call it the Jordan effect

So Pippen getting credit for ordinary things that no one else gets credit for proves he doesn't deserve the praise he gets.. People for some reason give him credit for rings like he's a 1st option when he's possibly the lowest-producing sidekick that ever won multiple titles with confirmed worst scoring & efficiency to win multiple Finals

Let's just say that mj never had a winning season without him.

Also kobe. No 50 win seasons without big men like shaq and pau by his side.

You're weaponizing a coincidence that the only years Jordan didn't have Pippen are his first couple years, when basically EVERYONE is lottery, like Lebron, Giannis, Curry and KD (all the goats)

So can you see how weak (and low character) your argument is? (essentially ceding that MJ is goat)

He never led the wizards to a playoff spot at all. Kobe also never did in 2014-16, his last three years in the league.

Again, you're weaponizing a coincidence!!! Everyone loses at 40!! (as 1st option).. infact, MJ was probably the first 40-year old 1st option.. Lebron wasn't even 1st option at 34

Using this (stupid) obscure criteria: championships without a top 75 GOAT team mate, Duncan also has 2 - (really 3 as a 38 year old DRob averaging 7.8 pts shouldn't count).

I already made a thread acknowledging Duncan's 2 titles without a top 75 all time sidekick and mikans 5.

but if you wanna bite the hand that feeds you then I could argue both Manu and Parker deserved to make that list

All I remember was D-Rob averaging 8-7-1 in the playoffs, a triple single. Parker shooting 40% in the playoffs and Ginobili shooting 39%.

A true carry job, meanwhile Gasol was feasting on opponents.

ya he had such a tough time with a guy that had a torn shoulder and knee that required surgery that derailed my 2004 season and Robert horry going 0 for 20 from 3 including missing the shot that would have won us a game

oh yeah and wasn't that also the year shaq had foot surgery and missed a ton of games lmao

big man beating on 2 guys in wheel chairs with a teammate shooting us out of the series and Robinson cleaning up the middle for him

I wouldnt really brag about competing against some guy who is so trash, he cant even beat international teams with Team USA. If I were you and I lost even a single time, Id probably kill myself.

Wait, is that what you did? Kind of a delayed reaction there
