Imagine going into a series as the 2-time defending champion and even odds but losing by record amount.. that's your goat... Not mine

And 2014 is a black mark, aka series lost with even odds or better.. Spurs had an ancient core that was well past it's prime..

It's kind of amazing how much Lebron was exposed in that series, yet everyone sweeps it under the rug or has denial about it... "b-b-but the Spurs just got hot"... Lol.. so did the Mavs and Magic and Warriors.. Ball-dominance lets defenses rest, so they have more capacity to go off offensively.. that's why it's inferior strategy to ball movement, which wears down defenses and wins the battle of attrition. The best defense is a good offense - a tenet of all competition
