I don't think Bezos gives AF. Especially since you aren't technically an Amazon employee. You'll be in customer service right? Amazon will fine your company every time you don't resolve a customer's issue in less than 8 minutes so best get crackin, the clocks a tickin. Don't let the pressure get to you. :cheers:

I'm not being facetious. Amazon literally fines subcontractors $3 for every call that is not resolved within 8 minutes. That might not sound like a lot but if you consider Amazon isn't paying these subcontractors a lot of money to begin with(relative to the amount of work, not volume, some of these subcontractor call centers make billions worldwide), $3 is a lot of money when the minimum wage in the Philippines equals around $60-70/week.

I may be lowballing these numbers too, for all i know they have 500 employees each doing 100-200 calls/day.
