over and over again. These players still move as they did before the added bulk, unlike people who pick their spots to be explosive with the bulk like a (bledsoe, giannis, westbrook). They all adjusted to the added muscle. These players im about to list have way too much weight for their frame and they are just gonna keep getting hurt over and over again

Anthony Davis
Kawhi Leonard
Deaaron fox (welcome to the party with your weight gain)
Gordon Hayward

These dudes ligaments are like ticking time bombs. People like dwight have had the bulk for years so they are used to being restricted when it comes to movement. The players above can sprain a knee just from running up and down the court or blow a knee from simply jumping or landing wrong.

If you want to gain muscle as a nba player, then do it gradually like a steph curry, tatum, jeff green, ect. Not 20 pounds of muscle in an off-season like brandon ingram.

You left out the most obvious. Zion. The way he can get his head at rim level and the fact that he's close to 300 lbs, the amount of FORCE needed to get that high? He's asking for a short career with his lack of discipline.

yeah u could add more ppl. Zion joel ect. Zion is moving like he did when he was 220....you cant do that anymore bro, you're playing weight is 280 now since u wont lose the weight. You have to move differently now even though you are technically still as athletic. Even if the added weight is all muscle....

Lebron to some extent, altho he doesnt have extra weight on his frame, it’s more like extra weight dangling off his frame.

But you can still see how it’s taking its toll with age.
