Why was Curry out the first 8 minutes of the 4th? Injury?

I think Kerr is partially incompetent

Lacks help and gets gassed at the end of the game. He has help on defensive and playmaking with dray but rest of team sucks.

You really want him playing 48 minutes every night?

He looked gassed in the 4th quarter and I don't blame him with how much he had to move in order to get a semi-contested shot off because his teammates are so inept at scoring. It didn't help that they gifted the ball away like 10 times, including Green having an 8-second violation with the game tied near the end of the 4th.

Would you EVER say this if LeBron sat 8 minutes in the 4th quarter?

Greatest regular season ever.
For the shooter we all know he is. He has to be the most disappointing clutch performer ever.

He's hit plenty of clutch shots. It's just everyone exaggerates when he doesn't. Is he super clutch? No, but it's not like he's always disappearing.

I think he's fine if we're talking regular season. It does seem like in the post season he's pretty bad in the clutch. It also depends on what you consider clutch time. You can get different results depending on how much time you use when looking at clutch stats. I just know if we're talking game winners in the playoffs he's probably one of the worst ever.

His game winners usually come a minute before the end of the game so they're not being counted in exercises like this unlike other stars who cannot put a game away until the final seconds.

That's probably true but hitting a shot with a min left isn't the same as hitting one with no time left to win or tie. I mean it's not like he hasn't taken them https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.usatoday.com/amp/1456751001

You might be led to believe he lost all those games—you'd be wrong. I think he ended up winning 2 or 3 of them despite the missed shot at the end of the 4th. I'm certain he went on to set the overtime record after one those misses.

That was frustrating, think Steph had a below average game because of it and the dumb TOs. This was a game the Warriors completely blew, zero excuse not to win it. The TO issue is ****ing despicable so far into the season. 2 out 5 games have had 21+ TOs. Half of them are unforced in each f*cking game.

Quite right. Curry does deserve criticism for this game.

Steph needs to wake the hell up, he's the most exciting player I've ever seen when he is locked in. I can't remember the last time a superstar was in a slump this bad and long. He went from being the MVP this year to playing like Westbrook in a blink of an eye.

It's not a slump. It's a combination of his age rules and teams defending steph smarter. Watch the games almost every team is adopting the 16 finals cavs style of defense against him and the warriors. They weren't doing this at the beginning of the year. Now They're switching everything instead of doubling or trying to fight through screens. When steph gets a switc he likes which is usually against a slower big they crown him at the 3 point line and force him to drive to take a mid or a contested shot at the rim. This is the blueprint to contain steph and beat the warriors.
