Nope. It was in NYC. Bail reforms. For example you can shoplift in NYC, so long as it's less than $500 worth at a time. "So basically you can play the knockout game, and if you're caught you're good to go an hour later to do it again."

How do you stand by and do nothing? If that was my family member/partner, I'd tear whoever did it limb by limb and it would take more than a bunch of people to stop me as well.
