Tony Allen was unscreenable, really really good at hand checking on ball and fouling in a way that didn’t get called by refs, and was the best or second best pick six artist in the league with CP3.

But he didn’t just have this Spider-Man like ability at the point of attack whether it was the point of the pass or the shot. He was crazy high motor and just figured out NBA offense by the time he was in Memphis so he could pretty much destroy any offense.


Thybulle is onto some shit I’m sure has never even seen ever in the NBA, ever. He might be the Curry of his craft except anyone can chuck 3’s. You can’t real just decide to average 4 steals and 2 blocks per game naturally. Naturally meaning without gambling like Prime Jordan or Wade. Thybulle is NEVER out of position and he gets 6 stocks a game.

That’s like being able to create 30 shots, making most of them and not forcing a single tough one.


That’s not a thing unless you are fluid as hell and crazy gifted like Hakeem or Robinson or some shit.

Let me be clear here, Thybulle is one pace to blow Kawhi’s defensive peak out of the water.

A lot of those are just Lavine missing shots with Thybulle half a step late contesting. I wouldn't put him that high just yet.

It's been enjoyable watching the usual bunch jumping into a well-positioned defender on a 3 and even with contact no call is made

this won't last... they'll go back to letting you jump into the good D and get 3 shots... :(
