This is nothing new.. Lebron had a zero plus/minus and negative net rating in the 13' Finals, so the Heat didn't win with him on the floor.. His teammates actually staved off an 0-3 deficit while he wet the bed with 16 on 39% thru 3 games, while his 23 on 43% was insufficient thru 6 and required Ray to force Game 7.

This is the entire 2010 Playoffs and they played less than a 100 minutes on the court without one another and Kobe was +2.63 without Gasol while Gasol was -0.68 without Kobe. Lakers offense was better without Gasol. Too small of a sample size though.
