They don't have to tank they can be bad naturally. Ingram by himself doesn't make a bad team good and even when Williamson comes back he won't be in shape. Their real problem is that if they don't get respectable they will be a team no one wants to play for. Ingram could be wanting out a soon as he can find a way out and Williamson is showing signs of being problematic. And elite free agents still won't come. They need to start winning, if they are even a .500 team astar could look at the duo they have and figure he could make that team a contender.
