1997 - broken wrist, only man with balls to shoot vs utah and shaq gets no blame

1998 - held back by del harris, froze out of all star game by george karl

1999 - lockout 50 game season + rodman drama killed their season

2000 - broken hand to start year, sprained ankle in finals, saves shaq twice and gets zero credit

2001 - dominates playoffs only for shaq to hijack finals mvp

2002 - dominates spurs in playoffs only to get intentional food poisoning in sacramento right before finals

2003 - torn shoulder and knee vs spurs. horry misses shot to cost them the series. then surgery in colorado which started rape trial drama cause a woman wanted some of his basketball money

2004 - beef with shaq all year plus malone injured in finals, flies from denver to LA at half time just to hit game winner and heads back to colorado with life on the line, vanessa has a miscarriage and all people care about is his poor shooting in the finals

2005 - rudy T steps down after great start. kobe and odom both miss around 20 games each

2006 - 1 rebound away from eliminating suns and loses after scoring 50, blackballed by mvp voters and left off 8 ballots.

2007 - coulda got jason kidd but management said they were waiting on bynum

2008 - bynum and ariza injured in finals plus kobes torn shooting hand

2009 - lebron blows a possible finals matchup choking to dwight howard, dislocated finger in finals

2010 - lebron and shaq blow a possible all time great finals matchup, fractured index finger in finals, torn knee

2011 - torn knee forces kobe to play career low minutes as a starter, league voids chris paul trade for "basketball reasons"

2012 - gasol chokes free throws that basically lose the series to thunder

2013 - rips achilles dragging a broken team to the playoffs

2014 - breaks leg right after coming back from achilles

2015 - rips shoulder right after coming back from broken leg

2016 - drops 60 with a game winner in final game and people only mock him for his shot attempts

2018 - wins oscar for an animated basketball story and is blacklisted by the academy for being an accused rapist almost 20 years prior

2020 - kobe dies in a helicopter accident with his daughter because of basketball. costing the WNBA its possible michael jordan/kobe bryant all time transcendental type player to take it to the next level and who knows. maybe get an nba try out with the Lakers.

- his parents pam and joe disowned him for a 2nd time because he wouldn't buy them a home worth more than 500,000 so they sold all his memorabilia

Kawhi's played with Tim Duncan and MVPaul George.. He was drafted to a title contender with 3 HOFers lmao. Put Kawhi on garbage teams in his prime and he blows out both his knees before he has a chance to do what Kobe did from 08-10.
