Trae is still the best point guard in the game because his playmaking is 3 or 4 times better then Curry.

Deandre Hunter is just the worst rotation player in the league and ruins everything, the majority of their playoff run was because he didn't play. Now their back to looking like that east finals team because Hunter is gone again. That bum is sitting on a -5 BPM, negative win shares, 7 per and plays like a retard as well.

He sucks. He's like Kelly oubre level bad. -3.5 career bpm so far. Ruins a whole team by himself like Kelly does.

Reddish also sucks from what I've seen but he's better then hunter.

The playoff run happened without those two. Maybe one day they will prove me wrong but that's my take for now.

I think Nate McMillian made a mistake with starting Hunter, Bogi and Trae. Trae does not guard the opposing teams best point guard or shooting guard normally Hunter and Bogi do and they struggle keeping the best guards out of the paint. On offense, Hunter does not have the handles to consistently drive to the basket, his jump shot was on point last season but no so much this season. I think he is a good player and a big piece for the Hawks but Nate has to figure out how to maximize everybody and find the right line ups.

He normally is a consistent jump shooter too but has not been the same since coming back from knee surgery. Reddish and Hunter have been pressing this year, I think it's because it's their contract year and Nate forced them into bigger roles than they are ready for.

I'm saying Curry didn't start as well as many superstars in the league, so it's not much of a barometer in regards to what they end up. He had an absurd improvement. Both him and Kawhi are probably some of the biggest outliers in terms of how they improved after the first few years. This has nothing to do with Trae himself.
