Which is the tougher conference this year - East or West?

East has the Sixers, Bucks, Nets, Bulls, Knicks, Hawks, and the Heat - all of which are tough teams when they're healthy.

West has the Suns, Jazz, Clippers, Nuggets, Mavs, and Warriors - also tough teams.

Realistically, which conference is tougher this year? It's close, but I think I have to go with the East.

West by far with King Kawhi, Joker Nuggets, Davis Lakers, CP3 Suns, Luka Mavs are all better then any team out East, KD chokes too much and Giannis had a injury ring.
