I don't see what good it does the Sixers organization to keep this issue with Simmons going. He doesn't want to play for them, they've mishandled trying to trade him, decreasing his value. And now it's just time to cut their losses and get what they can to try and compete for a title while Embiid is still elite.

How is it good for the team to have Simmons refusing to play or even eventually returning to the team given everything that's happened?

With the exception of FVV every team you listed would get worse trading the player in question.

Simmon's plan has totally backfired on him. In addition to him not realizing that he has a contract that he must abide by, the Sixers are within their legal rights to fine him. Unfortunately for Ben, the Sixers are playing at a high level even without some of their best players in the lineup which is the majority of the reason why they're slumping lately.

Ben's got little to no leverage right now and is losing whatever he had to begin with. He can sit and get fined or continue to be a little b!tch and get fined. The trades Morey is requesting aren't ludicrous because at least 20 teams are interested.
