It's all explained in the first 30 seconds of this scene:

Because it wasn't initially clear even to him that the punch was blatant. Because it takes time to collect yourself and realize you have an 8stitch cut.

Because he never wanted that smoke from The King and only ran at Bron when there was 40 people between them.

I don't think anyone's afraid of Lebron in this kind of altercation. Not that I'm saying Lebron can or can't kick his ass, but because Lebron's too professional to get down there and roll with the pigs. You're afraid of someone like Artest who is mentally unstable and can snap at any time, but not Lebron.

He initially gets in lebron's face and then lebron backed down.

Then later on, he realized he still wanted to kick lebrons ass anyway and lebron hid behind westbrook\deandre like coward piece of shit he is

Because he either didn’t actually want to fight LeBron or he changed his mind.

He only had a few seconds to gather himself before players got in between them. If you look at the replay, he didn't even start bleeding yet before two of his teammates were already holding him back. Once he realized that Bran actually sucker punched him and made him bleed, he wanted to beat his ass.

Because Westbrook and Lebron started cursing him out when some distance was established. You don't get that mad over nothing. Its like when you got in a fight as a kid and when separated and the parent or teacher was facing you and had their back to your assailant, and they put the two thumbs in their ears and stuck their tongue out at you. Fired him up.

The answer is pretty obvious unless youre a LeStan.

Looks like he lost it when he felt blood in his mouth.

He really lost it when he felt blood dripping down his face

The narrative that he waited until seperated from LePED because he was scared of him is a false one

No its not. Stewart got into Lebron's face to confront him about the cheap shot, but then lost it when he saw the damage. Takes a few seconds to go from shock to rage
