2012: Played power forward 76% of the playoffs
2013: Played power forward 92% of the playoffs
2016: Played small forward 58% of the playoffs
2020: Played point guard 42% of the playoffs, and 79% overall as guard

We all know about Magic's game 6 of the 1980 finals playing center, but that was just one game that threw the Sixers off guard. The closest one to playing 2 positions throughout playoff/finals runs and winning is Tim Duncan, who played a hybrid of power forward and center, which he played in a virtually identical way.
Nobody is even close to matching the versatility of the great LeBron James, the greatest and most versatile player ever to play the game.

Those numbers aren't accurate. Even on those Miami team, Lebron actually plays PG and SG roles while being an SF or PF while also protecting the rim. Other players has also done this. Like Giannis.

Interesting stats OP. How many positions did he play in the 6 Finals losses?

Bird and Magic are obvious examples. People somehow don’t know they both played the first almost half of their career outside the positions they are generally considered. Bird was a 4 to begin with and Magic was a 2. Norm Nixon was an all star point next to Magic for a few years and Bird played with Maxwell and Carr who were both 3s while Mchale came off the bench. And Magic playing all positions wasnt a one time thing either. Plenty of times with Cooper in he would play point with Scott at the 2 and Magic would be 3 or 4 depending on the situation but unless you knew the sets they were running you wouldn’t really notice. Magic or worthy would be at the 4 with one of their random bums backing up Kareem all the time in the late 80s when Magic started to score more. And Bird played everywhere at one time or another.

They aren’t the only examples but the most obvious ones and both won in multiple roles position wise while playing essentially the same just like Lebron.

Three-peating twice while playing one position and never losing a finals is a whole lot more impressive.

Yep I agree. Magic and Bird are The Godfathers of positionless basketball. Wayyyy ahead of their time. Bron threw the ultimate freak athletic ability on top of it!

Plays 2 positions, playmaker or co-playmaker. Dull basketball player.
