View Full Version : Should Lebron just sorely focus on defence and playmaking as Wilt did in 72 and 73.

I do think Lebron at this stage in his career should just concentrate on defence, rebounding, and igniting the fast break for the Lakers as Wilt did in 72 and 73 to great success.

In the Pacers game, he defended 19 shots when he moved to the Center position and just completely shut down Sabonis.

As when he's at center defensively, he's able to call out coverages to teammates very early, alluding to his ability to recognize looks and sets.

He should but he won’t. Everyone knows stats are LeBrons first priority, winning second.

Needs to retire already.

Dude's an embarrassment to the league.

He got the 11th goat list spot cemented already though.

He loves his stats too.much. He won't do it consistently.

The other posters already nailed it. He absolutely should. But defense doesn't look as good on a stat sheet, and those stats are all that his slurpers have ("7631, hehehe"), even though he's a chronic loser.

So he'll continue to not "waste" any of his energy on defense and lead his team to the play-ins and a first round exit.

And the guy tried to trademark Taco Tuesday.

And he cries more than Kyle Rittenhouse.

Yeah he should but his ego is too big, he has always been a stats guy.

Huge difference between letting jerry west be the main decision maker and Russel Westbrook as well.

He's taking the most 3s of his career. He needs to wake up and realize he plays better closer to the basket if the Lakers want any chance.

Bron should never be taking more than 6 or 7 3 pointers. Never 13
