THT has game and unfortunately he's young on a team trying to compete now. For now he's got to be the best defender he can be while leaking out in transition.

Lakers ultimately need to cut bazemore. They also need to bury Jordan on the bench and use him as a very last minute rotation player.

Ariza has a good IQ and feel for the game. They still need some athletic legs at SF though.
