On the heels of Thibs announcing that Kemba is out of the rotation, this statistic is a major reason why:

"Knicks have the best defense in the league when he’s on the bench (99.0 DRtg) & are dead last (116.3 DRtg) when he’s on the floor."

Ouch, imagine being that much of a liability :lol

It sucks because he wants to do the right thing and seems like a good guy. But the knee injury from a few years ago has altered his career and may end up ending it. At his height losing that burst and quickness can't be compensated for.

Knicks paying 40mil a year for a broken Kemba so no one else has to. What a nice gesture :lol

Yep. He was a feisty personality who could have had a Kyle Lowry type career. Sucks for him.

Kemba been in the league 9 years and already enjoyed a max where he was making 28 30M a year. Dudes made over 150M in the NBA at 31.

He's not starter quality but could be a good 6th 7th man. At least he got to experience a bag unlike Isiah Thomas

Kemba Walker is done :confusedshrug:

"The Celtics Curse" could be an horror film title.

Scoring point guard with no defense, misfortune point guard: Isaiah Thomas, Kyrie Irving and Kemba Walker...

Why do the Knicks front office make such horrible decisions? Remember when they took Bargnani? LOL

Kyrie is a strong 6 2 and a half with more strength. He can play defense when he wants to.

this team is the walking dead compared to last year, and you can't hope to extend the bench kids to 35 minutes each, it's nice when the bench gives a pickup against the other's team's bench.

Payton and Bullock were so unappreciated

this can all change in a week though.

Seems like a good guy. I hope he figures out a way to get back.
