Here's a video a student took during the shooting. It's pretty scary. The Swiss have more guns per capita than we do, and they never have public shooting incidents. Here, this is like the 5th school shooting incident that I know of just from this year. I don't know if we're just too dumb or what(speaking as a gun owning American).

US has a history of violence. Switzerland? Not so much.It's the education. I come from a household that's never owned a gun, so needless to say in my early 20's I knew **** all about them. When I purchased my first pistol the guy just ran a 2 min background check after i filled out some form. The form took about a minute(would have been less without the guy constantly apologizing about how much stuff the govt makes me have to sign) and we basically ran my card and he told me to enjoy. It's sad that the words 'gun control' immediately sparks some nonsensical rage out of the dumbest people. Not everyone is so black and white, and not everyone means 'take away the guns' when they say that; but we obviously need some firearm education on gun sales like the Swiss have. And relying on parents to do their own educating is just asking for trouble....
