Message boards and comment sections on big platforms are just giant troll magnets. Unless they are well-regulated (most of them don't), they are worthless.
Yahoo did the right thing shutting its comment sections in general.

Yea.... they had to get rid of the IMDB message boards.
they basically had no choice.
