He was on our bench the last couple of years. Most Wizards fans liked him and wanted him to see more time. Hustle guy who can shoot.

Moving tate to pf and taking theis out of the rotation for more speed on defense + spacing on offense

Starting eric gordon so they have an actual veteran presence on the court

i would rank all these things above matthews starting as to why they are winning but yes he is a much much better floor spacer than rookie jalen green. :oldlol: but we all know ur agenda so idk why i even responded to this thread

I have no idea why a certain type of person would even watch basketball, like everybody loves Luka/Jokic but their highlights would not be enough to satiate me through an entire season if I felt that way about 80%+ of players

I wouldn't say that. Nowhere he's gone has he been able to handle the ball and create for others. He's very one dimensional, bit he sticks to that dimension.

Not really surprising, Jalen Green has a lot of talent, but he is still very young and trying to do more than he can at this point.

I got to see him last year (not a lot because Scott Brooks things ya know) and thought he had game. He is a scrappy player and will D up and try hard every play. Which is basically the exact opposite of that Bertans guy who got so many minutes. I get why he gets so much playing time, have to justify that contract of his but is he even shooting 30% so far? Matthews is better than him and is clutch as well. He hit a huge 3 when the Nets pulled within 5. If he doesn't make that... the Nets definitely win that game last night.
