Do you realize that Pippen is the only notable player that peaked at 22/5?... Anyone decent peaked far higher than this - imagine if Wade peaked at 22/5.. NO ONE peaked that low - only Pippen and Larry Hughes and bums like that.

So Mike James is winning the poll because Pippen's peak caliber was a LOW BAR - bums like Mike James, JR Smith, Ty Lawson or Larry Hughes reached it - it's BUM CALIBER.

Ty Lawson actually surpassed Pippen's peak and played better than Pippen ever did (better scoring, passing and leadership)... That's how weak Pippen's stats and performance was

Can we actually talk about important basketball topics instead of these type of silly threads? I mean, they are funny, but I barely even remember who Mike James was. I remember him changing teams every year (like Raptors or Heat) and having a 20 point season in the worst team in the league once. Let's discuss "What ifs..?", possible trade scenarios, tradeso of the past that didn't go down, college basketball or the upcoming draft for once.

What's wrong with discussing player comparisons?

We are comparing a 10-time all-star with six rings with a journeyman. If you want to compare, let's compare Pippen with Mitch Richmond, Chris Mullin, T-Mac or whoever you please, and Mike James with Danny Manning, Ricky Davis or Raja Bell. Fair comparisons, not dumb discussion with a clear agenda.

Okay but Mike James had similar stats per 100 & better efficiency. So because he had better stats, that makes him better than Pippen.
