He isn't good enough to beat mediocre teams anymore with his suboptimal ball-dominance.

Unfortunately for the Lakers, Lebron is an unskilled ball-dominator and therefore CAN'T produce from the corner (off-ball) or have a #1 offense - he isn't capable - he's always been a bum that needed super-teams and 1b's to win

Also his defence is trash. He has zero defensive IQ

When he stands in the corner, he just chucks up three point attempts though.

They should probably make him a bench player. He can still score when he's on, so he could potentially win sixth man of the year.

He needs to produce elitely off-ball, so THT can produce at the all-star caliber that he's capable.. That way everyone plays to capacity and the team reaches it's lofty ceiling and expectation.

But instead, Lebron is still dominating the ball and reducing all-stars like THT to bums, and therefore needing MOAR HELP (story of Lebron's career).

THT is averaging 23 ppg without Lebron this year and everyone raving that he's a star... But then he gets forgotten and becomes a bum when Lebron returns - young players don't grow alongside Lebron like Pippen/Grant/BJ/Kerr/Paxson did.

Enjoy your Saturday bro I have Bama at +6.5 but I'm not confident in it. Betting to hedge my emotions more than anything.

This is a stupid thread even for LeBron hater.

LeBron is not a 3PT shooter. You know this and have made several threads about how poor of a jump shooter he is. So why would you say he needs to stand in the corner?

Being that he's older and cannot explode to the basket at the same ability as before he needs to rely on his strength (something that clearly still has him elite over nearly every 3 and a majority of the 4s).

If the Lakers can convince LeBron to play in the post when Russ is off the floor, the offense can work. He's likely to either be able to get a shot closer to the basket or get fouled. When Russ is in the game he plays as the roller/finisher/screener.

Those are the ways to maximize him at this stage.

They need to tell him to stop running his mouth and let Westbrook be the PG.
