Outside of the box coaching, and that's exactly what you needed tonight in this weather. And of course, stick to it.

Most coaches would treat it like any other game and stick to their traditional gameplan in these weather conditions. The Bills for instance. The result is in the pudding.

I honestly thought Belichick overdid the constant running just a bit, but can't deny that overall it worked. This Pats team reminds me of how they were in their early super bowl days before Brady started torching the league, reliable defense, no big name WRs or RBs, and a young high IQ QB who will not lose you games.

If the Bills are idiots, its for not figuring out how to shut down the run in a game where your opponent is running the ball every single snap.

Amen. My dad is a huge pats fan and I watched the game with him, and we were talking about how much the current situation reminds us of the 2001 patriots. In some ways I think Pats games are more fun to watch now that they cant rely on Brady carrying them.
