And that's just off the top of my head. Lebron isn't top ten. He's having a phenomenal season for his age, but to put him in the top ten at this point is just blind nutthuggery.

You don't understand the game of basketball then. For three quarters of the game he's a liability on defense. He's flaky on offense. He'll have a good game and then go 1-10 in chucking up three pointers.

If he makes a finals appearance this year, then I'll concede that it's not empty stats. What he did years ago is irrelevant to what he's doing this season. The reason people can make a good argument that they're empty stats is because he's a huge liability on defense. Yeah, he's getting good offensive numbers, because that's what he's putting all his energy into offense. Defense is half the game.
