THT is not a catch-and-shoot 3D player. He thrives with the ball in his hands.
He is a misfit with Lebron, Westbrook & Davis. THT is set up for failure, he would thrive elsewhere and the Lakers would benefit much more with a catch-and-shoot 3D player or serviceable back up center.
