Lillard is on a max deal (45 mi) vs Ball on a rookie deal (8m), Ball can fit on any team in the league Dame you got to build something around him.

I am a Blazer fan, but Lamelo is the correct choice and its not remotely close.

Lamelo has a better contract, he has a better body (6 inches taller and he moves/runs faster), hes a much better defender, hes a better passer/creator, he is better at getting rebounds and loose balls, he has a higher bball IQ in general... and hes just 20 years old instead of the wrong side of 31. The only thing Lillard does better than Lamelo is scoring, and the way things are going Lamelo will almost certainly be the better scorer within a year or two.

It doesn't matter because you're not winning a title with either of these guys as your first option.

I would rather have Lamelo Ball now. Career-wise, there is not even a question lol Lamelo will be lucky if he gets 1/2 of the accomplishments Lillard has achieved.

Rookie of the year - done

6 all star? Lamelo will smash that and won't have to sook about it

Some playoff appearances?....easy

What else has Lillard done?

Nba all teams? Lamelo will probably get there quite easily too
