Nah Kareem had a few arguably better. At 37, he dropped 40 on Ralph Sampson and Hakeem.

Let's see:

46 points on 21-30
11 rebounds
4 assists
0 steals
0 blocks
6 turnovers

in 37 minutes

Anyway, as I was saying, LeGOATest: Very first game at 37 = greatest game by anyone ever at 37

This is just silly

LeBron is now up to 28.6 PPG, the 4th best of his career. And he's doing it on 62.7 TS%, the 3rd best of his career.

Any talk of him "declining" is based purely on his age and not his actual performance. He's still playing to his prime standard of play.

LeBron added another 2 steals and 2 blocks tonight. That means he's averaging 1.8 steals and 1.7 blocks over the last 12 games.

LeBron over the last three weeks:
• 19 steals – tied for most in the league
• 18 blocks – 3rd most in the league

His 37 stocks over that span are the most in the league:

Only the GOAT could achieve this.

How come he didn't do to Devin Booker

http://www.insidehoops.com/forum/showthread.php?500431-Lakers-were-1-in-Preseason-Odds-in-2021-and-Suns-were-14
Was #1 in Preseason odds and lost to a 14th seed in odds

https://www.basketball-reference.com/leagues/NBA_2021_preseason_odds.html

And Devin Booker walked them down in the playoffs with Devin outplaying Lebron. :confusedshrug:

LeBron is just on another level man. Pretty insane what he is doing at this age. I hope AD returns and stays healthy for playoff run. We still need another role-player to replace THT.

You need to get rid of WB if you want to win anything. He is destroying the team playing the way he is. If he could take like 10 shots a game (10 good shots) and play good defense he could help but chucking like a madman and playing horrible defense is what he's been doing.

He was neither an all-star nor All-NBA 3rd teamer last season with the Wizards. And this season he's even worse/less athletic. Dude is pure garbage. :oldlol:

I don't think you could trade him for a bag of doritos at this point. He's useless to any team with title aspirations, and at 33 he's only going to hinder younger players if you traded him to a crap team so he can 'be Russ'.

I mentioned this in another thread, but a team that is openly in rebuild mode and actively seeks a poor record for the draft (ex. Pacers) could be interested in him. He would give them all the Ls they desire while keeping fan interest/ticket and merch sales relatively high.

Is he even a draw at this stage though? Maybe around the time Durant left and he was still at the peak of his powers. Here's the top 15 jersey sales if that's any kind of metric to go off:

Top 15 Most Popular NBA Jerseys in 2021:

LeBron James, Los Angeles Lakers

Giannis Antetokounmpo, Milwaukee Bucks

Kevin Durant, Brooklyn Nets

Luka Dončić, Dallas Mavericks

Jayson Tatum, Boston Celtics

Devin Booker, Phoenix Suns

Stephen Curry, Golden State Warriors

Kyrie Irving, Brooklyn Nets

James Harden, Brooklyn Nets

Damian Lillard, Portland Trail Blazers

Trae Young, Atlanta Hawks

Joel Embiid, Philadelphia 76ers

Anthony Davis, Los Angeles Lakers

Ja Morant, Memphis Grizzlies

Kawhi Leonard, LA Clippers

while being 4th in salary at just over 44m. I don't know man, as an armchair GM I personally wouldn't take him on at this point. The only straight up trade that works salary-wise is for John Wall( everyone else in that ballpark is like Steph, Harden, Durant, Lebron etc), which is pretty much 0+0=0 as far as it mattering in any tangible sense.
