Stanley can't rely on scoring but he's young has a motor ajd isn't a complete dumbest. He also allows lebron less time to defend SFs and some PFs.

Reaves has shown he has a very good IQ out there. THT should really be running with the second unit paired woth collison or Nunn when he returns.

He only looks good because he's playing next to a bunch of fossils who don't want to play any defense. He gives A+ efforts on that end which is what the Lakers have been desperately needing.
