In the spirit of the new year, and in the interest of bringing everyone together from both sides (just for one day), I figured I'd make a thread that everyone could rally around. Because, believe it or not, MJ and LBJ have more in common than you might think.

1. They both fall under the "J"s alphabetically.
2. They both wore number 23.
3. They both balded prematurely.
4. They both had supporting roles in Bugs Bunny films.
5. Neither of them has a father.
6. They both come from east of the Mississippi.

Still so weird they manufactured bron in the same convo as Jordan though...

That's not something they have in common.

Jordan never trailed anyone 3-1 in the finals.

Weak competition and he still only made 6 Finals in 20 years. Damn.

Still not something they have in common. Jordan still outwon Lebum in finals by 33%.

Here's a pro tip: if you're trying to convince people that reality is not reality and that Lebum is better than Jordan was, don't use winning in the finals - something that Jordan blows Lebum out of the water in - as your argument.

Demar Derozan would be MJ back in his era. Demar would be winning 6 chips back then. He hasn't done a damn thing in today's league because of how talented it really is.

He's leading his team to top seed in the East. What's your hero doing for his team?

It's like saying the wolves haven't made b2b playoff berths yet since a long time ago because of how stacked the west is.
