The Pelicans literally said it is best if he rehabs away from the team.
Pelicans Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations David Griffin said Wednesday that the club agreed that “in order to put Zion in the best position to succeed, he will rehab away from the team at this time so he can focus on the task at hand.”

I hope he comes back in optimal shape and fulfills his potential. Dunno why people hate on this kid.

He is a big man with multiple leg injuries. They almost never get better.
He is also super huge, which also is not good for legs.
He is super talented, but he needs to be traded for a big haul.

He's a bust dudes.
If he's having fitness issues this young, it's only gonna get worse once his metabolism slows down a bit.
Not hating, but it's the truth.

I'm more of a third strike you're out kind of person. He has the talent. Just put up 27/7/4 last year on 61% shooting playing 61 games. After he comes back if he can string together a few seasons without a major injury than to me he's going to definitely be plagued the rest of his career.
Im so nba'd out

So sad to see his current situation. Hope he gets his act together and becomes the top-notch player he was supposed to be.

Are you a retard or sumthing? He's a bust because of fitness issues, not because of talent.
What does Lebron gotta do with Zion?
